Two power generation principles

When the object is illuminated, the distribution state of charge in the object will change, resulting in electromotive force and electric energy. In the photovoltaic power station, after the solar panel is irradiated by sunlight, the PN junction in the photovoltaic cell (p-type semiconductor and n-type semiconductor are made on the same semiconductor substrate through different doping processes, and the space charge region is formed at their interface, which is called PN junction) generates the flow of electrons, When the flowing charge is collected, electricity is generated.
Both wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation have volatility. Wind power generation will be affected by wind, wind speed and other factors; The photovoltaic power station can not work at night, lack of sunlight, and can not produce photovoltaic effect. Some people therefore believe that wind power and photovoltaic power generation are "garbage power".
